SUG SKIN RETURNS, REFUNDS & PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the personal nature of skincare, cosmetic, and body care products, SUG SKIN does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, tested, or otherwise altered after delivery.

All sales are considered final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within fifteen (15) days of delivery at Admin@SugBrands.com. To submit a claim, customers must provide:

• Order number
• Clear photographs of the item received
• Photographs of the original packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Approved claims may be eligible for replacement, replacement product, store credit, or another remedy as determined solely by SUG GLOBAL S.L. at its sole discretion.

Failure to report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within fifteen (15) days of delivery may result in the claim being denied.

SUG SKIN products are intended for cosmetic use only.

Individual results may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, skin type, age, genetics, lifestyle, environment, product usage, and existing skin conditions.

SUG SKIN does not guarantee specific results, including improvements in hydration, texture, brightness, firmness, elasticity, acne, wrinkles, discoloration, or any other cosmetic concern.

Statements made on our website, packaging, social media platforms, marketing materials, and promotional content have not been evaluated by regulatory authorities unless expressly stated and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

The information provided by SUG SKIN is for informational and cosmetic purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical or dermatological concerns.

ALLERGY & SKIN SENSITIVITY NOTICE

Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients before purchase and use.

Individuals with known allergies, sensitivities, or pre-existing skin conditions should consult a healthcare professional prior to using any SUG SKIN product.

SUG SKIN recommends performing a patch test before first use of any product.

If irritation, redness, discomfort, swelling, rash, or any adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if necessary.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SUG GLOBAL S.L., SUG SKIN, its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the purchase, use, misuse, inability to use, or performance of any SUG SKIN product.

By purchasing and using SUG SKIN products, customers acknowledge that skincare products may affect individuals differently and assume all risks associated with their use.

In no event shall the total liability of SUG GLOBAL S.L. exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by applicable law.

EUROPEAN UNION CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights provided to consumers under applicable law.

For customers located within the European Union, certain statutory consumer protections may apply. However, pursuant to applicable consumer protection regulations, sealed cosmetic, skincare, and personal care products that have been opened after delivery may not be eligible for cancellation or return due to health protection and hygiene considerations.

Any rights expressly granted by applicable consumer protection laws shall remain unaffected by this policy.
